For our guests at Kirchwieserhof, we have created a charming little farm shop as part of Your farm holiday in Italy – help yourself and enjoy the natural products from our own farm, grown, harvested and carefully refined by us. If there’s something You particularly enjoyed during Your stay, You can take a little piece of Kirchwies home with You. As is only natural, availability depends on the season and is limited while stocks last.
The finest our land has to offer
Depending on the season, the following grow and ripen on our farm:
- Berries: strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blueberries, blackberries
- Stone fruits and orchard fruits: cherries, apricots, plums, peaches, apples and pears
- Nuts grapes: walnuts, hazelnuts, grapes
- Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots
- Herbs: oregano, lovage, chives, parsley, marjoram, thyme, basil, curry herb, dill, sage, rosemary and bay leaves
- In addition: salami, kaminwurzen, bresaola, and selected meat products from our Scottish Highland beef, as well as eggs from our hens
When it’s not harvest season, You can enjoy our products in their refined form: apple juice, blossom and herb syrups, and fruit preserves (while stocks last).
Here at Kirchwieserhof, history, agriculture and genuine South Tyrolean tradition live on.
