The Kirchwies Chalet Resort is a family-run, adults only resort in Italy (from the age of 16) at the entrance to the Val Gardena valley in South Tyrol. It comprises exclusive chalets, premium chalets, lodges, rooms, and a holiday apartment – nestled amidst meadows, forests, and panoramic Dolomite views. Here, You don't stay in a traditional hotel, but in Your own private chalet or apartment in the Dolomites – peaceful, private, and stylish.
Situated in South Tyrol at the entrance to Val Gardena, near Alpe di Siusi and surrounded by the Dolomites, the ski chalets are ideal for skiing in Dolomiti Superski, year-round hiking and unforgettable panoramic holidays.
Our location is sunny, slightly elevated, and offers unobstructed views of meadows, forests, and the Dolomites. Here You will find no hotel hustle and bustle, just true peace and quiet.

Yes. Privacy is one of the defining features of the Kirchwies Chalet Resort. The chalets, terraces, whirlpools, pools and garden areas are designed so that no neighbours can overlook You, allowing You to move freely and enjoy Your wellness and sun-filled moments in complete privacy. This makes them ideal for couples looking for a discreet chalet in South Tyrol.
Yes. Depending on the category, the units feature private whirlpools, saunas, sun terraces or gardens. You can enjoy a private wellness experience in Your own chalet with a pool or whirlpool in South Tyrol – without a public spa.

All prices exclude a local tourist tax of €2.90 per person per day. To secure Your booking, we kindly request a deposit of approximately 25% upon receipt of our booking confirmation.
A maximum of one pet is allowed upon request in some selected chalets, rooms, and the holiday apartment. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout our resort. Your dog must also have liability insurance.
To maintain privacy and tranquility at the resort we kindly ask for Your understanding that access is restricted to guests with a reservation. Our public access areas are under video surveillance for our safety and the safety of our guests.
- Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival
- 11–8 weeks before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the period, we will be happy to transfer your booking to a later date.
- 7–1 week before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount
- Less than 1 week before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged
- The cancellation fee will be offset against the deposit already paid.
- We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung at www.europaeische.at.
