All prices exclude a local tourist tax of €2.90 per person per day. To secure Your booking, we kindly request a deposit of approximately 25% upon receipt of our booking confirmation.

A maximum of one pet is allowed upon request in some selected chalets, rooms, and the holiday apartment. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout our resort. Your dog must also have liability insurance.

To maintain privacy and tranquility at the resort we kindly ask for Your understanding that access is restricted to guests with a reservation. Our public access areas are under video surveillance for our safety and the safety of our guests.

• Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival
• 11–8 weeks before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the period, we will be happy to transfer your booking to a later date.
• 7–1 week before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount
• Less than 1 week before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged
• The cancellation fee will be offset against the deposit already paid.
• We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung at www.europaeische.at.

Yes, You can easily arrive with Your electric car. Charging facilities for electric vehicles are available at the Kirchwies Chalet Resort. This allows You to conveniently charge Your car during Your stay and set off relaxed for Your excursions in the Dolomites.

The Kirchwies Chalet Resort is located at the entrance to Val Gardena in Laion. Ortisei in Val Gardena is just 12 km away. From there, You can conveniently reach the Alpe di Siusi by the Alpe di Siusi cable car. Alternatively, You can drive to the Alpe di Siusi via Siusi allo Sciliar and Compatsch, covering a distance of approximately 25 km. This makes our resort an ideal base for excursions to the Alpe di Siusi and the surrounding Dolomites.

The Kirchwies Chalet Resort is located directly at the entrance to Val Gardena. It is only 12 km from Ortisei. From Ortisei, You can easily reach Santa Cristina and Selva di Val Gardena by car along the valley. The resort is therefore ideally located for exploring the entire Val Gardena and its hiking and ski areas.

Yes, the Kirchwies Chalet Resort is open in winter as well. Thanks to its location at the entrance to Val Gardena, the surrounding ski areas are easily accessible, while the resort offers peace and privacy at the same time. After a day on the slopes, cross-country ski trails or winter hiking paths, You can relax in your private whirlpool and sauna, depending on Your accommodation category – the perfect way to end a winter day in peace and away from the crowds.

The Kirchwies Chalet Resort is located at the entrance to Val Gardena, making it an ideal base for a skiing holiday in the Dolomites. By car, you can easily reach the Val Gardena ski area with Seceda, Alpe di Siusi and the Sella Ronda. All are part of Dolomiti Superski, offering a wide range of opportunities for skiers and snowboarders. In winter, the entire Dolomiti Superski area offers more than 1,200 km of slopes and over 400 lifts.

No, the Kirchwies Chalet Resort does not have a conventional public spa area. Our concept focuses on private wellness: depending on the accommodation category, You can enjoy your own year-round heated private whirlpool, private sauna and private outdoor areas.

In addition, the Kirchwieserhof offers a sauna, aromatic steam bath and relaxation loungers with mountain hay for our guests. The heated infinity pool is also available to guests from spring until late autumn.
